Muslim Association of Malawi organisation, MAM will on tomorrow Saturday, the December 11th start conducting its elections at district level.
On speaking to local radio station, Radio Islam Malawi, Amani Kunje, executive member of the Association said the time which people have been waiting for has come and asked them to take part in the elections.
“We would like to announce here that elections are beggining tomorrow at district level, that is to say in all districts. From there we will do at regional and national level, according to our constitution,” said brother Aman Kunje.
“We know people have been talking a lot of things that ‘MAM is not doing well’ so this is their chance for them to contest and make a change,” he continued.
