The Muslim Association of Malawi (MAM) has congratulated two Muslims namely Dr. Ronald Mangani and Dr.Mustafa Hussein for appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Press Corporation Plc and promoted to the rank of professor respectively.
In two separate statements signed by its Secretary General Alhaj Dr. Twaibu Lawe dated 24th February, 2023, MAM says the two Muslims deserve the new roles.
“The Muslim Association of Malawi (MAM) wishes to congratulate Dr.Ronald Mangani for being appointed as Chief Executive Officer for Press Corporation Plc,”reads a statement.
The statements adds,” MAM would like to request the Muslim community to him hands in congratulating Dr. Mangani who once served as Secretary General for Muslim Association of Malawi and demonstrable leadership skills having served as Secretary to the Treasury of Malawi government and also chaired in different Boards of organisations in the country,”
“MAM would like to request the Muslim Community to join hands in congratulating the distinguished Dr. Mustafa Hussein for the deserved promotion. We ask Almighty Allah to guide and give him wisdom as he discharges the duties of the high position as Professor.”
Following approval by the University of Malawi Council was promoted to the rank of :Professor in Public Administration/Management of the University of Malawi (UNIMA) while Malawi’s largest conglomerate,the Press Corporation Plc appointed Dr.Mangani as its new CEO effective 1st March, 2023.
