As individuals, organizations, and countries are reacting to the impacts caused by Tropical Cyclone Freddy in the southern region of Malawi, members of Television Islam Sports Gallery WhatsApp Group have reached out to five families whose houses were demolished by the natural calamity at Chirimba in Blantyre.
The group managed to contribute K550,000 and was used to buy building materials such as plywood, poles, and nails which the members used to erect makeshift walls to provide the victims with shelter.
