Blantyre Youth Football Committee (BYFC) has announced that they will be concluding their football season this weekend.
In a communication released, BYFC has announced six teams will be in action on Sunday, 12 November 2022 fighting for honors.
Kangaroo Academy and Griffin Young Stars will open the soccer fiesta at Mpira Stadium with a playoff clash at 11:00am before Nyasa Big Bullets youth and Alphasoft Football Club fight for bronze medal in a 3rd place playoff at 12:30.
Then at 2:30 all eyes will be on Dalitso Yawanda of Agumbula Football Club who has bagged in 16 goals in the competition as his side will face of against Sochie Madrid in a quest to claim the championship.
Speaking in an interview with Muslim Media Agency General, Secretary for Blantyre Youth Football Committee Joel Magora said the committee is expecting high entinsity and exciting matches the teams have displayed during the season and has called on coaches, team owners and other football stakeholders to watch the final so that they can appreciate the talent.
