The DPP-UDF Alliance runningmate in the 2nd July, 2020 fresh presidential elections, Atupele Muluzi asks people in Chiradzulu district to vote for the alliance because president Peter Mutharika who is also the presidential candidate for the alliance is development oriented.
Muluzi made the remarks yesterday when he was conducting political rallies in the district.
“Thank you to the thousands that welcomed us at all the six venues in Chiradzulu today (yesterday), ” he said.
Muluzi said president Mutharika is geared to transform the district.
“APM is delivering on new road networks, tele-centers, community colleges, new health centers, brand new ambulances, new teachers training college (TTC) in Chiradzulu, 250 new Secondary Schools to be constructed across the country, new stadium, markets buying of local produce at a fair price,” he said.
According to Muluzi, Mutharika is also creating a conducive environment for small scale business players in the country.
“He cares about small businesses and MEDEF loans are being disbursed across the country,”
“With COVID-19 affecting communities, one million households will begin receiving k35,000 per month for the next 6 months,” Muluzi says.
