Many women are interested in whether a wife can do twerking or dance for her husband or whether it is haram act as per Islam.
Renowned Muslim scholar, Sheikh Abdullah Bin Suleiman Al-Manea responds to LIS News Outlet that : ” It is not haram for a wife to do twerking or dance for her husband in Islam under two conditions;
(1) The wife should not be seen dancing in front of anyone other than her husband.
(2) The wife should dance without any Music.
The same rule applies to husband and wife dancing together.
The Muslim cleric says Islam teaches Muslims that there is no veil between husband and wife. He also says the other condition also makes sense as Music has been declared Haram in Islam adding that Islam is a liberal religion and it is a must for Muslims to understand it well.
