Malawi’s Energy Minister, Ibrahim Matola is in Mozambique to attend energy and mining conference starting from tomorrow, 26th April, 2023 at Joaquim Chisano International Conference Centre in the country’s capital, Maputo.
Matola says being a guest speaker at such an esteemed conference presents Malawi with an opportunity to discuss her current difficulties while highlighting how we plan on addressing them moving forward.
“Our participation also brings us one step closer to achieving sustainable development goals in Malawi’s energy sector while fostering stronger ties between neighboring countries within Africa’s vast natural resource landscape,” Matola wrote on his Facebook page.
He adds ,”I’m excited about what lies ahead and eager to exchange ideas with other participants in attendance regarding how we can continue moving forward together towards achieving shared goals within the energy sector.”
This energy and mining conference has been running for years, attracting attendees from all over Africa and beyond.
