Citizen For Transformation ( CFT)- People Power Movement, Commander In Chief,Comrade Timothy Pagonachi Mtambo, says the Tonse Alliance led by Malawi Congress Party (MCP) president Lazarus Chakwera and UTM party President Saulos Chilima as its runningmate is the hope for the country.
Speaking to people who graced Tonse Alliance’s rally in Lilongwe on Sunday, Comrade Mtambo says Chakwera- Chilima have servant leaderships not experience to move the country ahead.
Comrade Mtambo says running government does require an experience qualification but good and sound policies while following and abiding by the country’s constitutuon and laws saying these qualities are missing in the current Government.
He says Malawi is blessed to have Chakwera and Chilima for presidency under a united force, claiming that these are the kind of leaders Malawians have been waiting for, to change this country to the betterment of all.
“No one will stop this change. If God says ” Yes” no one can say ” NO”. These ones are going to bring genuine freedom in Malawi,” he says.
Comrade Mtambo then, appealed to all Malawians that have fought for change, suffering to liberate their country from the shackles of DPP led government that time has now come for them to vote DPP and President Mutharika out of government for their spiritual spirits to rest.
On Agriculture, Comrade Mtambo assures farmers that for many years they have been duped on prices of their commodities, time has come to vote for the new Malawi of Chakwera- Chilima who will come with the farming industry solutions.
