Classic Events is an institution that is specialized in the designing, planning and organization of edutainment and social events/functions in Malawi with a goal of promoting socio-cultural aspects of the country.
Established in 2014, CE is managed by young industrialists/professionals who have enduring passion for bringing Malawians a variety of archetypal events. The firm boasts of hosting the much-revered first ever Malawi Muslim Awards (MMA) function. For the record, this is an event that was organized in such a diplomatic and red-carpet calibre that it attracted several high profile Muslim leaders and business personnel.
The concerts have been organised to raise funds for 2015 Malawi Muslim Awards and are warmly and proudly supported by Islamic Relief Malawi.
Meanwhile Amin says his firm is overwhelmed with the response this initiative has received from Muslims and the general public.
He said: ‘‘We have received positive feedback from several people from all corners of this country expressing their excitement with the coming of Bhikha who is one of the most beloved nasheed artists here in Malawi. So we hope People will support our initiative by buying the tickets.”
